The Room Inventory option is an additional feature of Fixed Asset Inventory that allows users to complete an annual or semi-annual inventory of the assets (tracked in Asset File Maintenance) within their assigned rooms. With the Room Inventory option, users record the status for each asset to designate whether the assets are in the room, missing, moved, or disposed, and also if needed, add new assets with minimal information.

Note: The Room Inventory option is only available to users defined with rights to edit room inventory (within the User Security option).
