1095 Forms Option

The 1095 Forms option displays the 1095s generated in Payroll for the user (employee). With the 1095 Forms option, the 1095s use the landscape format and include the instructions that are normally printed on the back of a 1095.

Tip: The 1095s display within the 1095 Forms option only for the calendar years selected in the Available 1095 Years List in the Web Link Setup Options.

Note:  The 1095 Forms option is only available to users with the Employee ID field completed and rights to view 1095s (within the User Security option).
