W2s issued to the user (employee) can be viewed and printed using the W2 Forms option.
How to view W2 Forms:
Select the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen (the circle with the user’s initials) and then W2 Forms.
At the W2s screen, click on the year for which W2 to view.
Note: Only the calendar years selected in the Web Link Setup Options for which the user (employee) has a W2 generated are listed.
The W2 displays on the screen in a new browser tab, using the two W2s on a page format. After viewing the W2, close the tab to return to the W2s screen.
Tip: If the new browser tab does not open, check the browser for a pop-up error and select to allow pop-ups.
To change the designation for whether the user (employee) receives electronic or paper W2s, click the applicable button that displays above the list of years on the W2s screen:
Go Paperless button - Appears if the user currently is designated to receive paper W2s. To designate to view (receive) W2s only through Web Link, and no longer receive a paper copy in the future, click the Go Paperless button, read through the terms, select the agreement statement at the bottom, and click the Save button.
Switch Back to Paper button - Appears if the user currently is designated to receive only electronic W2s. To designate to receive paper W2s in the future, in addition to electronic W2s, click the Switch Back to Paper button, read through the terms, select the agreement statement at the bottom, and click the Save button.
Click the Close button.
