K12Docs can be accessed (opened) from within Web Link for users with a K12Docs user defined and tied to their user in the User Security option.
Tip: As a reminder, the K12Docs module can also be accessed directly at: https://intellicloud2.intellinetics.com/sui/k12docs/Signin.
How to access K12Docs from Web Link:
Select K12Docs in the upper right corner of the screen (located to the left of the profile icon).
Note: The K12Docs option only appears if the organization has licensed the K12Docs module and the user has the Document Management User ID field completed within the User Security option.
The K12Docs module will open and display the main K12Docs screen.
