K12Docs, which is an add-on module of the School Accounting System, is an electronic document management solution with a secure and customizable cloud-based repository. With K12Docs, documents can be uploaded, stored, and retrieved with ease. K12Docs includes a default electronic filing cabinet structure with flexibility to create additional applications if needed.

K12Docs can be integrated with Web Link (as defined within the Web Link Setup Options) to allow users to quickly add and view supporting documents for requisitions, purchase orders, leave requests, and/or cash receipts, and view and upload employee documents, if desired. K12Docs can also be accessed from within Web Link (for those with a K12Docs user defined and tied to their School Accounting System user in the User Security option).
