The Change Password option is used to change a user's password to sign into the School Accounting System (which is the same password (and user ID) for signing into Web Link modern experience). In order to change a password, the old (or existing) password must be known.
Passwords used with the School Accounting System are:
Case sensitive
Alphanumeric
Up to 20 characters long
Not allowed to be blank
Required to meet the password policy (complexity) as defined in the System File, if applicable
Passwords can be changed at any time and should be changed on a regular basis. If desired, passwords can be defined in the System File to be required to be changed after a certain number of days.
