Complete the Personal Settings option to set up Single Sign-On (SSO) permissions with a Google or Microsoft account for a user, in order to sign in with existing Google or Microsoft credentials.
How to complete personal settings:
Select the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen (the circle with the user’s initials) and then Personal Settings.
On the Sign In & Security tab, in the Sign In Preference section, turn on the toggle for the type of account (Microsoft or Google) for which to set up the Single Sign-On (SSO) permissions.
When prompted, select the specific account to use, and then enter the applicable credentials as required.
At the Verify Single Sign-On screen, enter the password for your School Accounting System user, and click the Verify button.
A message briefly appears at the top of the screen stating Single Sign-On has been enabled.
In the future when signing in, the appropriate account can be used.
Tip: If needed, to remove a Single Sign-On (SSO) permission after it has been set up for a user, turn off the toggle for the type of account (Microsoft or Google); when prompted to remove the sign in option, click the Remove button.
