The dashboard is the main screen for Web Link modern experience and appears initially after logging in. The dashboard can be accessed at any time by selecting the Dashboard option located in the upper left corner of the screen. The dashboard includes the following sections:
Needs Attention - Alerts or notifications for tasks that need to be completed by the user and are automatically populated.
Quick Actions - Shortcuts to options used frequently by users (currently the list cannot be changed and only the options for which a user has rights appear).
Announcements - Important messages posted by the Business Office
Quick Links - Links to other websites or files listed by the Business Office.
Users defined as a supervisor or Web Link administrator (within the User Security option) can utilize the Manage Announcements option to control the announcements that appear and use the Manage Quick Links option to set the links to other websites or files that display.
The dashboard also shows the menu items to options on the left and the profile icon for the user in the top right corner. The profile icon shows the initials of the user (the initials are based on the first two names entered in the User Name field in the User Security option), and also lists additional options available to the user.
