Use the Manage Quick Links option to define the links to websites or files that display on the dashboard.
How to manage quick links:
If needed, select the Dashboard link in the top left corner of the screen.
On the dashboard, click the More (â‹®) button located in the top right of the Quick Links section, and select Manage Quick Links.
Note: The Manage Quick Links option is only available to users defined as a supervisor or Web Link administrator (within the User Security option).
At the Quick Links screen, complete the process to add a new link, edit a link, or delete a link.
To add a new link to display on the dashboard for all users:
Click the Create New Link button.
Complete the Quick Link screen:
Enter a short description to use as the heading in the Title field.
Enter the address to the website or file in the URL field.
If desired, enter a message to display with the link in the Description field.
Click the Save button.
To edit an existing link on the dashboard:
Click the Edit button (the pencil icon) located to the right of the link to edit.
Make the desired changes to the link.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
To delete an existing link from the dashboard:
Click the Delete button located to the right of the link to delete.
When prompted, click the Delete button.
To change the order the links display, click on the handle (set of dots to the left of the link) and then drag to the desired location (above or below the handle of another link).
When finished, click the Dashboard link in the top left corner of the screen to see the updated dashboard.
