Posted checks and direct deposit stubs issued to the user (employee) can be viewed using the Pay Checks/Reimbursements option.
How to view pay checks/reimbursements:
Select the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen (the circle with the user’s initials) and then Pay Checks/Reimbursements.
The posted checks and direct deposit stubs issued to the user (employee) for the number of calendar years specified in the Web Link Setup Options display on the screen.
Note: If applicable, checks and direct deposit stubs with a zero balance will only display if zero balance checks are defined to be printed (as based on the default format within the appropriate Check Setup option for the applicable checking account).
To view the detail information included on a check or direct deposit stub and/or print a copy (on plain paper with a "Copy" overlay), click the View link or double-click on the check or stub.
The check (or direct deposit stub) displays on the screen in a new browser tab, using the default check format for the applicable checking account as defined in the appropriate Check Setup option.
Tip: If a new browser tab does not open, check the browser for a pop-up error and select to allow pop-ups.
After viewing the check (or direct deposit stub), close the tab to return to the Check History/Reimbursements screen.
