The W2 Forms option displays the W2s generated in Payroll for the user (employee). With the W2 Forms option, the W2s use the two W2s on page format (including one Copy B, one Copy C, and two Copy 2s) and include the instructions that are normally printed on the back of a W2.
Tip: The W2s display within the W2 Forms option only for the calendar years selected in the Available W2 Years List in the Web Link Setup Options.
Note: The W2 Forms option is only available to users with the Employee ID field completed and rights to view W2s (within the User Security option).
