Completing Account Settings

Complete the Account Settings option to set up Single Sign-On (SSO) permissions with a Google or Microsoft account for a user, in order to sign in with existing Google or Microsoft credentials.

How to complete account settings:

  1. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen (the circle with the user’s initials) and then Account Settings.

  2. In the Manage Single Sign-On section, click the type of account for which to set up the Single Sign-On (SSO) permissions:  Google or Microsoft.

  3. When prompted, select the specific account to use, and then enter the applicable credentials as required.

  4. At the Verify SSO screen, enter the password for your School Accounting System user, and click the Verify button.

  5. A message briefly appears at the top of the screen stating SSO has been enabled.

  6. In the future when signing in, the appropriate account can be used.
