Use the Customize Quick Actions option to reorder or hide/unhide the options that display as a shortcut on the dashboard for the user.
How to customize options in Quick Actions section:
If needed, select the Dashboard link in the top left corner of the screen.
On the dashboard, click the More (⋮) button located in the top right of the Quick Actions section.
The applicable options for which a user has rights appear on the Customize Quick Actions screen.
Make the desired changes:
To change the order the options display, click on the handle (set of dots to the left of an option) and then drag to the desired location (above or below the handle of another option).
To hide/unhide an option, click the box to the left of the option.
Tip: Remove the checkmark to hide an option.
Click the Save button.
