Viewing Documents for a Requisition, Purchase Order, Leave Request, or Cash Receipt

If the organization has licensed K12Docs, documents previously uploaded for a requisition, purchase order, leave request, and/or cash receipt (as defined within the Web Link Setup Options) can be viewed.

How to view documents for a requisition, purchase order, leave request, or cash receipt:

  1. From within the applicable screen, select to view the record for which to view the documents, and then click the Documents button located at the bottom of the screen and select View All.

    Note:  The Documents button only appears if the organization has licensed K12Docs and the particular screen has been defined within the Web Link Setup Options to allow users to add and view documents.

    Tip:  The number of documents previously uploaded for the record appears in parenthesis at the end of the Documents button.

  2. The Documents screen appears listing all the documents previously uploaded for the specific item.

  3. Select to view a document by clicking the View/Edit link to the right of a document, or double-clicking on a document.

    Note: Versioned documents (as defined in K12Docs or GX) cannot be viewed from within the School Accounting System or Web Link modern or classic experience. If a selected document is versioned, a prompt will appear stating the document must be accessed from K12Docs or GX.

  4. The document appears in the K12Docs preview screen in a new browser tab and can be printed by clicking the Print button, if needed.

  5. When finished, close the tab for the document preview.

  6. After viewing all the documents for the designated item, click the Close button to close the Documents screen.
