Viewing Leave Request Calendar

Within the Leave Requests option, a calendar showing the summary information for leave requests entered by all employees can be viewed for users defined with rights (in the User Security option) to view the leave request calendar.

How to view the leave request calendar:

  1. Select the Leave Requests menu (or select the Leave Requests menu and then Calendar).

  2. On the Leave Requests screen, select the Calendar tab if not already selected.

    Note:  The Calendar tab is only available if the user has rights to view the leave request calendar (within the User Security option).

  1. The leave requests for the number of past years designated in the Leave Request Options and forward display on the calendar.  

    Note:  By default, the view option is set to All Employee Groups Selected to show the leave requests for all employees and all leaves. To view the leave requests for only the employees in certain employee groups, change the view option to be the desired employee groups (those with a checkmark are included to display).

    Tip: The fully approved leave requests show on the calendar in green and pending in orange, while the unsubmitted, rejected, recalled, and cancelled leave requests do not display on the calendar.  The events added within the Manage Calendar option display using their designated colors.
